How does Resources on Tap work?
Resources on Tap is your Showcase of professional talent in the Advertising, Media, Marketing & Communications industries, who are pro-actively looking at brand new and exciting opportunities to move their careers to the next level. This showcase is of extreme value to both the Candidate and the Employer.
Resources on Tap is a shift away from the conventional recruitment agency model. It is in essence a Database Service of pre-screened Candidates that are industry specific and whose profiles can be viewed according to their level of experience, industry and location.

Are you an Employer?
As an Employer, you are able to move the process of identifying your Human Capital requirements forward immediately. Simply follow a few prompts to identify:
- Geographical region,
- Industry type,
- Job title, and
- Select the Candidate Profiles listed by level of experience that appeal to you.
Log an Enquiry, and leave the rest to us. We will make contact with
the Candidate under profile, and forward you their full Curriculum Vitae once we
have their prior consent to do so. After that, it is over to you
Employers have two options available:
You may elect to take up our Subscription offer, which does provide preferential rates.
Or you can elect to use our services on an Ad-hoc basis.

Are you a Candidate?
As a Candidate, you can log-on and craft your very own personal “Candidate Profile.”
Your profile will be showcased with reference to specific opportunities:
- In your area of expertise,
- To Employers looking for someone just like you.
You do this in the confidence that your Curriculum Vitae will remain confidential, until we have the “green light” from you to forward your details onto a specific Employer who has requested them.
